Currently we deliver products within Finland, Åland, Estonia and Sweden. On this page you can get help and information for purchases, ordering, delivery and in payment-related matters. If you cannot find the answer to your question on this page, please contact our customer service.
Get to know the products
You can explore the online store's range via the product menu or by using product search. For more information about the products, click the product name or image on the product list. Once you've found a product you want to buy, just click the ADD TO CART button. The product is added to the shopping cart. You can also go to the quick checkout, by clicking on QUICK SHOP and selecting the number and then clicking ADD TO CART. If you want to continue shopping, click on the Shopping Cart Continue Shopping / Continue Shopping link.
To order the products that are in your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart by clicking on the CART/Cart box button, located on the top right of the page. First, check the contents of your shopping cart. At this stage, you can still change the number of products or remove products from your shopping cart. Click Update Subtotal to update the price. Once you have verified that your shopping cart has the correct number of products, you can go directly to the quick checkout that opens up under the shopping cart.
Take advantage of discount coupons
If you have received a discount coupon to our online store, you can activate it in the shopping cart by entering the code in the correct field.
Check out - Select delivery method
Select your country, and type in your zip code and click CALCULATE SHIPPING RATES/Count shipping costs. Select the icon for your selected mode of delivery. You can see the delivery costs in connection with the mode of delivery.
Orders over 40 € we deliver free of charge.
Download the ordered products from the nearest Package Vending Machine. You will receive a text message when the package has arrived, and you can pick up the shipment once you have received an arrival message. The package is stored the week of arrival + 2 weeks.
Finland & Alandia: Matkahuolto - price 6,90 €, for orders over 40 € - price 0 €!
For Matkahuolto's parcel vending machine you can place orders weighing less than 30 kg. The nearest parcel machine can be found in the order stage by entering the zip code or place name. When the package arrives at your parcel vending machine, you will be informed by text message. Do not delete the message, you will need it when you download the package. The package is stored in the vending machine for 7 days from arrival. Enter your code from the text message in the machine. The machine indicates the slot location, where the shipment is located. Click the Open Tray button, and the tray opens. Take your shipment from the tray and close the door carefully.

Register in the store
As a registered customer, it is faster to order, as you only have to fill in the information once. You can also review previous orders, and store shopping lists. If you want to register as a loyalty customer with Salut365.fi, you can register by selecting a username (e.g. email address) and a password.
You can also order products without registering. Enter your e-mail address and zip code. By filling in your social security number, you do not have to fill in all the data fields and you can choose to pay by invoice, account, or partial payment and pay your order only after you receive the products. You can change your payment method after you confirm the purchase.
If you don't want to enter social security numbers, tap Continue to move on to fill in your contact information manually. When you order without entering a social security number, the payment options are online payment or credit card.
Please check that you have entered a valid email address and valid mobile phone number. You will receive a text message when the order arrives, so it is important that you enter a mobile phone number in the Phone field.
In the online store Salut365.fi we use the payment service Checkout
You can pay for your purchases safely and comfortably with VISA, Mastercard and via your own online bank. Payment events are as shown as usual on your bank statement.

The payment provider's provider Checkout Finland is part of the (OP) Cooperative banks in Finland in cooperation with the other banks. Checkout is a finnish programming house.

Confirm your order
Before confirming your order check once again the order and the accuracy of the details. Read and accept the terms of delivery. To confirm your purchase, tap Buy and you'll get a confirmation of your order. At this stage, you can still change the payment method. By clicking continue to order confirmation, you will see your order information. We will send order confirmation electronically to the email address you have provided.
Change or cancellation of order
After you have paid for your order, you will no longer be able to make changes to it. In the order confirmation that we have sent, there is a link where you can cancel your order. You can also immediately contact Salut365.fi customer service by e-mail to: email@example.com
Our customer service service service serves you weekdays at 10-18, if possible also in addition to these times.
We will refund the cancelled orders within 14 days at the latest.
Exchanges, returns and misdeliveries
Food does not have a right of exchange or return. If the delivered product is damaged, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you return instructions for free return and we want to know if you want your money back, or if you want us to send you an equivalent product to replace the damaged one.
