ENG Extracted from the maturity in barrel of wines from Pedro Ximénez grapes. Ecologic wine vinegar from the Montilla-Moriles that is later stored in butts previously soaked with oloroso wines during a period of six months, and from which they gain its very characteristic aromas. This vinegar obtains its others well-known properties thanks to its later maturity in wood. Perfect for tomatoes, salads dressing, meat marinades, cheese, fish and roast meats.
Round, powerful and very rustic taste of Oloroso, with some hints of leather.
