Our Carmen olive oil cake is a product with a traditional flavour, achieved thanks to its special extra virgin olive oil, of the variety hojiblanca afrutado, along with the mixture of wheat flour, sugar, almonds, aniseed, cinnamon and yeast.
The painstaking selection of each of these top quality, 100% natural ingredients, hand crafted from generation to generation, is what gives the same quality and the same expert procedures that have made its taste into a tradition.

Right in the heart of the Axarquia area of Malaga is Algarrobo, sea and mountains, the birthplace of a family tradition that is intertwined with the traditional olive oil cakes.
